client information in an effort to improve their real estate experience and for
effective communication. Pro Realty Group recognizes that it must maintain and
use client information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information they
provide to us personally or online to third parties. However, we do share their
information with third parties under certain circumstances.
This policy describes the personal information we collect about them, why we
collect it, how we use it and when we share it with third parties. Our policy
also describes the choices they can make about how we collect and use they
information.
If our information practices change in the future, we will let them know by
posting the policy changes on our Web site or by communicating directly with
them. We will notify them of any such change before we use their information in
a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. They will have the

What kind of information does Pro Realty Group collect?
We collect information (such as their name, email address, home and work mailing
addresses, and home and work phone numbers and social security numbers) that
they provide when they begin to work with us and when signing a real estate
contract. All files remain confidential and any paper which is not essential to
the file is shredded when the file is securely archived.
How does Pro Realty Group use their client’s information?
When they are involved in a real estate transaction with Pro Realty Group, we
use the information to make the transaction run smoothly. We will also send them
emails for confirmations and updates, and we may need to contact them via phone
and through the postal mail as well, they will be automatically signed up to
receive email and postal mail updates regarding our market places and continuing
activities.
If at any time they would like us to remove them from our email or postal
mailing lists, feel free to contact Pro Realty Group client service via email
or by calling 630-904-9495. Please be sure to include any email address or alias
and full name. Please note that it may up to six to eight weeks to be removed
from our list.
From time to time, we may also send emails to help us learn more about their
current real estate needs. In addition, we may use their information to better

Upon request, we refer third parties to assist our clients in inspecting,
maintaining and managing their transaction. We do not authorize any of those
third parties to make any other use of their information other than contacting
them to fulfill their role as a vendor.
How does Pro Realty Group protect children's privacy?
Like our clients, we at Pro Realty Group are concerned about the safety of
children when they use the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally
identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior
verifiable parental consent.
As unlikely as this is in our line of business, if we do become aware that a
subscriber is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable
parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information
from our files and try to inform the parent if possible.
